• Skypark Meet and Greet a bit of a wait on arrival and the landline number on the confirmation is not to be used for meet and greet then the moile number was out of order so had to call the landline for a new number.

• Skypark Meet and Greet We had no difficulties contacting the pickup driver who assured us he would be with us within 10 minutes of my call and he was, both at pickup and returning our car. All in all a very smooth approach to parking our car at a very busy airport.

• Skypark Meet and Greet Disappointed that we rang as instructed after collecting suitcases (so BCP knew that we simply had to move to pick-up place, were told to go to departure drop-off, where rang again. No sign of car after 15 minutes, had to wait about 20 minutes before it arrived. Might have been quicker to have got a shuttle bus to car parks.

• Skypark Meet and Greet I phoned 15 mins before arrival and was asked to phone again when I arrived at the terminal. I then had to wait 20 minutes before the driver arrived. When returning I phoned after clearing customs and was asked to go to departures door number 2 and phone again. We waited 15 mins and the driver went to departure door number 1 and had to shout our name to find us. I have used other companies before and never had an experience like this.
