• Short Stay As usual, everything went according to plan. Pre booking a car park space makes the journey much more relaxing, and it is a very convenient method.

• Long Stay Still problems with personal number plate recognition. As I have used car park several time I always call in at the office to obtain permit to exit car park which is not a problem.

• Short Stay 1 We travel out of Newcastle regularly and usually use BCP for our parking as we have never had any problems at all. We have used other companies in the past and on more than one occcasion have been unable to get out of the car park when we put the ticket in the machine and have had to contact staff.

• Long Stay Entering easy. Exiting would have been a lot easier not having to call to office first as listed on printed out form. Then being told we didn't need to as its all on the ticket. How it can be on the ticket I don't know as it was out of the machine which doesn't know how long I had prepaid for ???
