• Premium Meet and Greet I felt the entrance to the car park could have been more clearly marked and there should have been an explanation regarding access via the barrier that required you to use a credit / debit card in order to gain access only to be subsequently told there is a button that can be pressed to avoid this.

• Long Stay Arrived late into newcastle after 2hr flight delay, exit ticket still worked allowing me to travel home...thumbs up for that

• Long Stay we parked up ok and caught the curtesy bus but had the same problem exiting as the barrier would not accept our card for the third time of using your longstay carpark. A member of staff issued me a new barrier card which worked, its just the inconvenience of having his problem everytime we use this carpark.
