• Short Stay 1 Few free places on arrival at 4.30am.
  On return ticket did not open barrier and could not read panel due to glare from sun.
  Help button not that obvious and did not work on one barrier
  Help button worked fine on second barrier and staff quickly opened barrier once I gave him my reference number and name

• Long Stay Very good service provided: frequent transfers to the airport, very easy to use, multiple telephone points to contact them when support needed.
  We had a flat battery when we returned to the UK. I went to the closest booth to call the support. They were out to us within 5 minutes to help. One very happy customer

• Long Stay Parking area is massive but not covered. As it was my 1st time, I had difficulty finding mine at section D as there were 2 areas labeled as D. Staff was very helpful. Secure and recommended.

• Long Stay Please improve the signage as you leave the airport as to where to catch the bus back to the car park. Several bus stops and was not immediately clear.

• Long Stay Everything went very smoothly from the booking through to using the car parking and courtesy buses. I lost my original confirmation email and your staff were very happy to send me a copy to set my mind at rest. A great service we will be using again.

• Long Stay Used before. No problems at all, bus driver very nice n friendly, no waiting around for long at all. Will use again

• Long Stay Great when we arrived. However we had difficulty leaving after our trip, our parking card was blacklisted for some unknown reason. No one answered the help button. We had to go and find a member of staff, who did lift the barrier for us once we'd shown him our booking number. Bit of a hassle though.
