Long Stay I found the whole process from booking online very easy , I must admit I was a bit apprehensive about the anpr system recognising our car when we returned it went without a hitch.

Long Stay Close to the airport. Only difficulty was there was a queue for the bus on return journey , which was inconvenient as it was early hours of the morning.

Park and Fly Waited over20 mins at 2.15 am huge que. Got to car park which was very dark. Car not brought to reception as in previous years

Park and Fly Found the pick up back at Newcastle to be less than satisfactory- it would seem that there was not enough pick up mini buses for the number of flights arriving at the same time resulting in a good minute wait to be taken back to our car. Not very good when you have 2 young children in tow

Long Stay All okay, managed to find the car park using the instructions provided and found two spaces together in one of the overflow car parks. The bus arrived to transport us to the terminal fairly quickly and on our return a bus was parked at the drop-off point so we had no wait. The drivers were friendly and helpful. Exit procedures are pretty straightforward and the price I paid was acceptable. It would be helpful to be able to book two cars on one booking.
