• Long Stay Arrived at airport,found a parking place very easily,shuttle bus arrived within 5minutes,very courteous driver and safe transfer to airport .much the same coming back.

• Park and Fly Very close to airport.staff on reception unavailable for a while both on booking in & picking up. Pick up quick but took 6 passengers past 'park & fly' to drop 2 at a more distant place, callendars(?)before coming back. Seemed a daft way to organise it especially when other P&F passengers were left waiting at airport.

• Long Stay All was smooth UNTIL we tried to exit the car park on return. The machine would not recognise our entry ticket.
  On locating manned office your employee insisted that our car registration had not been captured on entry - as if that had been OUR fault!!! He produced a replacement ticket for us to exit. As you can chek on the net, and as other car owners were subject to the same difficulty that day, this was not simply a rogue incident.
  This whole episode spoiled what would have been on o.k. if expensive experience.
  A partial refund would help repair your image

• Long Stay Parking went smooth all good but when I returned to my car the front and passenger side of car was covered in grass cuttings as your staff had cut grass around car. A bit effort to try and clean off would have be appreciated but had to visit car wash and pay £10 .
