Park and Fly We had minutes to spare when getting to the airport.we didn't get chance to drop our keys and I was worried when we flew that my car would be ok.when I reached Bulgaria I was worried so contacted bcp by email and spoke to a lovely woman called Sophie who got on the case to make sure I left my car In the right place. Sophie got back to me and readied me everything was ok.when I returned everything was fine top company and would highly recommend

Long Stay the card machine would not except the card and lift the exit barrier. I had to go to the office,they couldent find my booking it took a while to get out

Meet and Greet Staff were helpful . Meet and greet didn't happen I was In 2 car parks before I was told exactly where to drive my car to. My understanding off meet and greet was exactly that . MEET and Great. Also not well signposted when arriving at the airport at 3.30am with my year old mother . It would have been cheaper getting a taxi.

Long Stay Good experience, got my ticket, parked, shuttle bus to airport, same on my return. I didn't have any problems so didn't need to speak to staff.

Long Stay It would be useful to add onto the paperwork that you need to take your paperwork with your ticket to the customer service kiosk on departure from the car park to get your ticket validated. We did work this out as we got to the exit but were a little unsure of the process.
