Park and Fly Good company although when got back home to airport we had no idea where to go at 11.30pm. I tried calling the company but answer machine. Stopped another bus and they told us where to stand. When got there there was a helpful poster stating there was cctv and someone would be on there way. Would have been helpful to know this on ticket we received rather than standing in rain for 30 minutes not knowing what to do. When got collected the man was very helpful and pleasant.

Bellair Everything went smoothly, staff were very friendly, helpful and had a sense of humour. Have used Bellair several times before and will continue to do so because of the fantastic service provided each time.

Premium Meet and Greet Absolutely brilliant. Could have done with an email to notify change of location at Newcastle airport. New check in desk is brilliant though and staff very helpful.
