• Long Stay First time we have had to drive round whole long stay car park area hunting for a space! Usually the areas that are full, are clearly marked and next available area easy to find , we drove into several areas up and down lines of vehicles before eventually finding a space. This was NOTpeak holiday time either !

• Long Stay Very simple procedure prompt pick up by bus helpful staff couldn't fault anything been using BCP for years and will be continuing to use them.

• Park and Fly The staff were very helpful and courteous,my one comment would be that the steps up into the mini bus were very high and quite difficult for my wife who is blind to access easily
