• Premium Meet and Greet Great location and so simple to use and drop of car, only negative was lack of staff during the rush of people as only 1 computer was working to check people in. Return was so quick i collected my keys and left the airport in 5 minutes perfect!!

• Short Stay 1 Everything was fine although the barrier machine did ask me to pay£434. The man on the intercom sorted it when I gave the car reg and my name.

• Premium Meet and Greet Having used your old facilities 3 times we were sent an E mail with directions to your new site they were wrong .your directions were take 2nd exit at first roundabout and 1st exit at second this takes you in to drop off car park. A correct direction is take 1st exit then third exit at second roundabout
