Long Stay Only problem when I use this service is that the number plate recognition system seems not to work and I have to seek staff help to exit the car park. I appreciate the equipment may not belong to yourselves but I thought it was worth mentioning as it does cause inconvenience. Would it not be easier for you to send out an already-validated ticket before your customers arrive to use the car park?

Bellair Wish you would go back to using phone in the airport.You then are told how long for mini bus to arrive.
The system now used means you can be waiting in a freezing, draughty bus stop for up to minutes. Even then if there are too many passengers you have to wait for the bus to comeback.
Marked highly as the Bellair park is the best of all the parking including airport as its convienient for dropping car off, staff have always been helpful and polite and when you return yyour car is parked so only a few yards to walk from office

Long Stay Everything went smoothly, jumped on the bus, no panick to get off. Driver gave us all the time we needed. Picked up the ticket on entry from the barrier and reinserted to get out. Simples ðŸ˜€
