• Meet and Greet You changed locations and no information was given prior to flight so no idea were to go on return to empty parking. Had to drag suitcases to front entrance to find a phone number this was only there for cars not returning customers. A heads up before travel was least I could have expected, poor excuses on return we didn’t know when we were moving so we said nothing

• Park and Fly Parking etc was all good, but the taxi was a problem as I have really poor mobility there was no step to get in and out of the taxi and no help offered, therefore I injured my knee having to get out.
