• Long Stay My only problem was that it was not clear to me to make my way straight outside after arrival & to go to the purple bus stop to hail a bus. I tried to find the customer services inside the halls! Once I spoke to someone all was ok and it went smoothly. I think just make it more clear about what to do once one arrives back at Newcastle. I will use this service again.
