• Short Stay 1 Scored this poor so i got a chance to contact you. I never revieced an email for my booking, which was not ideal for my expenses. On the website, you can only retrieve a booking with a booking reference, and without an email, i dont have that. (Yes, i could have written it down, printed out the confirmation, but this is!! ;-) ). Would be good to upgrade the website so i can login.

• Premium Meet and Greet you could do with having the pathway between car drop off and terminal re tarmaced,very rough for older persons to push suitcases up ramp

• Short Stay 1 I parked in the short stay car park, I am disabled and got parked very close to the entrance to the airport. No problems with getting in and out car park.

• Short Stay It would have been useful to know in advance that the work currently taking good place in the short term car park has reduced the number of parking places so it was more difficult to find a space and it was in the furthest point away from the terminal.
