• Park and Fly I have used your service before, and have always been pleased with the service. Unfortunately it seemed as if a number of planes had landed at the same time and you where over subscribed we had to wait 35 mins to be collected as so many people where in front of us it was raining and all the shelters were full.

• Short Stay 1 Allowing us to book a short stay car park that was actually full on our arrival, with no spaces, wasn't helpful. I had to remain with the car for nearly an hour, whilst waiting for someone to depart.
