• Bellair Only disappointment, it was wrong car park we booked as it stated address as Newcastle International Airport. We wanted the car park in the actual aiport not the one we booked at Callerton. It should be made more clearer.

• Long Stay made a mistake on booking and staff rectified it without question. a bit awkward on parking to find entries into bays. great just going through the barriers without calling to office first. We use this company every holiday and there is never any hassle.

• Park and Fly Larger mini buses at Newcastle airport would be an advantage.otherwise service was very good.

• Long Stay Big thanks to the guy who came out and got my car started again after we had left a light on at the start of our holiday. Also to the guys on the phone who were very helpful when we realised that it had a dead battery when we got back. Finally to the transfer bus driver who helped us with our luggage when he saw we had three young children. Thank you.

• Park and Fly I thought I had booked the Black Callerton carpark when in fact it was the Bellair carpark. Website not too clear about this. However once we found the right carpark everything went very smoothly. I would certainly use again.
