• Long Stay Even though we sounded the bell the driver of the courtesy drove past our stop in his haste to get three young girls from Jet2 to their car, so we had to walk back across the car park dragging our cases.

• Short Stay 1 We use BCP regularly when flying out of Newcastle Airport and have not had any problems. Everything has gone as per we expected

• Long Stay No probs on arrival,gate open straight away with NPR,very busy but found a good spot not too far from terminal and easy 5min walk. After hols again back to car,loaded up, checked car ok apart from somebody had squeezed past lh side of car and knocked foldable mirror but no damage, straight up to exit and barrier opened. Never saw any staff to comment but would recommend facilities with cameras present and ease of use. Will use again
