• Meet and Greet Terrible service and neither meet nor greet. Nothing has improved since I last completed this survey. Queued from outside car park which made us late,no time in lounge. On return had to locate our own vehicle in park and carry cases. Hopeless!

• Meet and Greet The staff were very helpful; however, on our return our car was parked so close to the adjoining vehicle I had to climb in through the passenger seat!! Also my seat height and steering wheel had been adjusted - I expected the leg adjustment but not everything else!!

• Meet and Greet Staff were helpful . Meet and greet didn't happen I was In 2 car parks before I was told exactly where to drive my car to. My understanding off meet and greet was exactly that . MEET and Great. Also not well signposted when arriving at the airport at 3.30am with my year old mother . It would have been cheaper getting a taxi.
