• Meet and Greet When I arrived the office was unmanned so I have to leave my car and go for my flight without dropping off my keys. When I retuned the person on duty told there is always someone there and they may have been outside, if they are not in the office it's not 'meet or greet'

• Meet and Greet Our flight was delayed and didn't land until 0200hrs so it was great to collect the car next to the terminal and not have the horrendous search for the car in the main car park. Staff were very pleasant.
