• Park and Fly The on-line booking process was very easy, and the directions to the site were good. My car had existing damage to the FNS wheelarch & ROS corner areas, but the vehicle condition card was incorrectly completed by the employee. This was pointed out at the time. When I arrived back to collect my car, there was new damage to the RNS wheelarch area. The vehicle condition card had not been corrected. I am awaiting your Company's response to this. Having said that, the staff were helpful and the bus transfers worked very well. Whether or not I book with BCP again depends upon the outcome of your investigation into the damage to my vehicle.
