• Long Stay I would not use this car park again, further than expected to walk with my 84 year old mother. I have booked long stay before but was not as far,only had to walk down a little ramp then beside the building. This time had to walk through whole car park as no disabled spaces then over bridge. Sorry but will not book again expected to be in same car park as last time.

• Long Stay Instructions we're to look for car Park no.3. If there is a no. 3 car park I couldn"t find it! Went round roundabouts from each directions and eventually went for the only long stay car park signed which was the correct one. I suggest that instructions should be revised and made clearer. The walk from the car park to the terminal was a lot longer than expected and would have been problematic for less able people.

• Long Stay Only problem I had was when I picked up my car and went to pick up my wife and luggage at the terminal I got through the entry hate with free entry but was not issued with a ticket so could not get out so had to buzz the controller who opened the exit barrier at the terminal

• Long Stay Did not have any of my details when I arrived. Had to spend time telling staff over the intercom, thus holding everybody up at the barrier. I was not very popular. That apart it was great.
