• Short Stay As per my phone call to you following our return to advise you of problem experienced we arrived at the car park at scheduled time of 6.00 am. The barrier failed to raise on number plate recognition. After pressing button the onsite attendant responded to say that our car was not on his list. I gave booking reference but initially that made no difference. Only after I pointed out that there were two other cars behind us at barrier and we were causing a blockage did he agree to let us in on basis that I would go to his nearby portacabin and show him our booking confirmation which I had on my mobile phone. He made a comment that "they had had had no booking information from Holiday Extras for four weeks" and I responded to say that that was not our problem. He then reluctantly agreed to enter our booking details on his screen so that we could get out of the car park on our return. In fact when we got back we did get out but only after a delay as the barrier did not raise immediately on number plate recognition and only did so after I pressed the button. We live within about 15 miles of Prestwick Airport and a return taxi fare would cost less than your airport parking charge but we have chosen (on many occasions) to use your service for the convenience of being able to park right in front of the terminal building but with this problem we may reconsider our arrangements in future.

• Short Stay Helpful staff, but process on arrival wasn’t as described. Registration recognition didn’t work and I ended up having to go to the information desk to show them that we had pre-booked. Not too impressed.

• Short Stay Very simple set up and friendly people working in the airport, but one big problem on returning - the button to press to contact the person who would activate the barrier to allow my car to go through when I returned was very small and dark and at the top right hand corner of the screen, almost invisible. I was beginning to panic and wonder if I would have to park again and go back to the airport information desk when I finally saw it. There was a car stuck behind the adjacent barrier with driver looking as worried as I had been. I put my car window down and told him where the button was and he was very grateful. It was almost midnight and dark and wet with very few people around so quite disconcerting. The button has to be made more easy to see.

• Short Stay Everything was straight forward from booking right through to departing the airport,when I got there I had to press a button give the friendly man my name and I got into the car park no problem,the same happened on my way home as I was 2 days early because my dad had died,I went to the customer service desk & explained the situation & the lady said that's okay,so departure was no problem either,I would definitely book through BCP again
