• JetParks Bus stop numbers should be shown on all sides of the bus shelter, not just on 2. We didn’t get the number so asked the driver as there were no other passengers on the bus and he told us the wrong number!! This obviously caused a problem on our return as the bus wasn’t even scheduled to stop at the bus stop the driver had told us. Driver reluctantly agreed to take us round again after he had dropped other passengers off so we could find our car which after 20 mins we did.

• JetParks Arrival instructions don't seem to match what happens. Arrived at barrier and a ticket was automatically produced (didn't press the button). I was then confused as to whether or not I should have taken it.

• JetParks There is no where to know that you will be issued a ticket. I just passed through the barriers and didn't wait for one that cause delays on the way out

• JetParks All car parks were marked as zone closed, but no directions to get to a car park that was not closed. When we arrived at the last car park before the barrier to exit we had to park up in one that was marked closed. Not very reassuring

• JetParks Pick-up point at terminal could have move signage as to which car parks are covered + bus ID could be better marked and the bus stops in the car park are too confusing with numbers & letters, our lady bus driver was great calling out the numbers and letters as we arrived in the park but we could tell she was bored with having to explain the system of numbers & letters
