• JetParks Hassle free parking. I would like to see a jet parks only bus rather than us all queuing together with long stay. I does take rather long time if you are last at jet parks.

• JetParks Parking was unfortunately not stress free. On arrival we had to drive around looking for a free space. Thankfully we didn't have long to wait for the bus to the terminal. The return bus journey was much more stressful. There was a large crowd waiting for the bus. When it arrived people were jumping the queue in the rush to get on the bus with their luggage. It was a free for all. As a result we could not be seated and had to stand on the bus with our cases. Coupled to this, the driver was difficult to understand when calling out the car park and bus stop numbers. Not a great experience. There is much room for improvement.

• JetParks Bus was very crowded and the driver had to stop by the car park entrance as a passenger was vomiting. The driver dealt with the situation admirably and even cleared up the mess with a bucket and mop himself. He was good humoured and got us on our way again. People pushing in the long queue at the airport was annoying, it was very late and a few tempers were flared.

• JetParks Our booking wasn't immediately recognised but staff soon sorted that out. Everything else went very smoothly and the available zones were clearly marked. The return journey to parking zone was well described by our driver so we arrived exactly where we caught the bus at the start of the holiday.

• JetParks Only hiccup came on attempting to enter the car park.A ticket was issued but our car registration was not recognised. We pressed the 'Help' button & the problem was solved in moments.A new ticket was issued & the barrier raised.
  On our return to the car park the ticket issued was needed to exit.

• JetParks The car park was very efficient and all staff very friendly - the bus driver on the way back to the car was fantastic, he made what is normally a pretty tiresome journey positively enjoyable!
