• Long Stay Confusion on return. Had noted car park and bus stop indents but had not noted the blue colour for the bus. This colour appeared to have no relevance whatever to where car was parked. Very confusing.

• Long Stay The buses were prompt, clean and information given over the speaker clear and precise. When we returned from our holiday after two weeks we found our car battery was flat, I use the intercomm at the bus stop to contact the car park staff and explained my predicament, they were very helpfull and arranged for the AA to start my car. Thank you very much.

• Long Stay Your system did not recognize my number plate either arriving or departing as described in your literature. All ended well but it's frustrating to have to go through all the rigmarol of trying to get out when you are tired after a flight.

• Long Stay I have used BCP a few times now. I have found it very well organised,never any problems. I used Stansted Airport in the early hours. Waited only a few minutes for the Airport Bus to transfer to the Terminal. A very good service.
