  • Long Stay Great service and no problems encountered. After a number of problems at Luton BCP it is nice to get back to the reassurance of Stansted BCP. Despite my early arrival at 4am the toilets were open (great after a long drive) and my locator number was clearly printed on the ticket on entry. Ease of parking and the return was fault free. As always my only recommendation would be an introduction of a ticket scheme whereby regular customers are rewarded with a free stay after say 10 trips. I myself have stayed upwards of 30 times so in a way feel deserving of some sort of loyalty reward.

  • Long Stay Good and efficient service. Could be a little clearer, i.e. where to pick up bus etc. Difficult to access cases when bus full. But all in all a good service.

  • Long Stay Reg number on "contract note" was correct. But ticket issued on arrival had last letter incorrect.
    Efficiently dealt with by your staff when I spoke to them by pressing button on departure.

  • Long Stay Initial booking, access, parking and leaving were all straightforward and quick, with no issues. The courtesy buses were frequent with no delays either on arrival or departure. Good first time user experience. Happy to use again.

  • Long Stay We did the long stay car park. There wasn't any waiting just parked the car got on the bus didn't have to wait at all. The same when we got back the bus was there waiting.Definately go with BCP next time

  • Long Stay very good prompt service, only one slight negative we overshot the car park on the return bus by a couple of stops as the driver said he would call out the zone and bus stop number which he did in AB&C but not in J where we were stop 12 and we assumed there was more than one stop in this zone.
