• Mid-Stay I had pre=paid for my Stansted airport mid-stay but on exit the machine wanted me to pay again .. involving help buttons, calling over of staff member and a delayed departure for home!

• Mid-Stay Everything was spot on. It did take some time to get to the zone which was opened for parking on the day we arrived. However I prefer being sent to an area which definitely had spaces instead of just driving around for ages so this was good.

• Mid-Stay The arrangements worked perfectly. The buses were prompt and the drivers courteous and friendly. Leaving the parking area was simplicity itself. By booking online and in advance we saved considerably on the normal charges. Well done BCP.

• Mid-Stay The parking facilities were brilliant,no problems at all. It might help if there was a poster at the bus stop to remind customers to note down the zone and row number. I forgot and had to look for the car on our return.
  The barrier didn't automatically rise on leaving the car park but it wasn't a problem,the staff were very helpful and raised the barrier for us as soon as we told them our reference number.
