  • Mid-Stay Our ticket didn't work when we put it into the machine and no-one answered for a long time when we pressed the help button. We were blocking the queue of traffic for quite a while when waiting for an answer. The problem was sorted quickly once someone answered the call.

  • Mid-Stay Slightly confused as to where to enter the park before realising that there was no designated e-ticket gate and that (more conveniently) one could use any of the ANPR barriers.

  • Mid-Stay Fantastic automated entry system, somehow knew that we had pre-booked (much cheaper!) and so didn't ask for any credit cards etc. Both drivers that we had, outbound and inbound from the car park, were very polite and quite funny. On return to the car, just loaded up the bags and drove away through the barriers using the ticket issued on arrival. One less headache about leaving the country. Well done!

  • Mid-Stay make it clearer which zones we are parked in on the ticket, so as not to write them in with a pen. also cheeper parking is always an added bonus, when you've already folked out for a holiday. thank you.

  • Mid-Stay Smooth entrance and smooth exit at end of trip. Number plate recognition works a treat! Only problem was at airport on return because they had changed the pick-up point for Mid Stay buses and it wasn't signposted properly,

  • Mid-Stay pre, booked but the booking code was not printed on the ticket. Upon leaving visited the office where staff member was very helpful and opened the barriers to allow us to leave promptly.

  • Mid-Stay The whole parking experience colud not have gone any smoother.
    Despite arriving at the car park in the early hours the ANP system worked efficiently to allow access, cvlear direction signs to the open parking zone, where the transfer bus was waiting, ten minutes later we were in the terminal building.
    The return journey was equaly as smooth, within minutes of arriving at the bus stop outside the terminal the bus was there, the driver was very helpful in finding our correct stop, and ten minutes later we were leaving the car park on our way home.
    As far as we were concerned any improvement on your service would be very difficult.

  • Mid-Stay Booking was easy,cameras recognised car plate and issued ticket,exit smooth and straight forward,mid stay at stanstead close to holiday inn and premier lodge,would recommend using hotel car parks for small price over night then driving very short distance to mid-stay for free shuttle to airport.
