  • Short Stay My registration was not recognised on arrival. I had to therefore take a ticket, under instruction from the car park staff. Then worry that I'd be double billed whilst on holiday.

    Pick up and exit of car park were spoiled due to ticket not being accepted at barrier.
    This was resolved after discussion with operations team in service booth.
    This is the second time this has happened when trying to leave.

  • Short Stay Car was parked right outside the terminal building. Very short walk. The cheapest and best option, in my opinion. Easy to find the car park. Ease of use, arriving and exiting. No complaints at all. It's a car park at the end of the day.

  • Short Stay Flight was 11hrs late, so I was unsure whether I would be charged an extra £20 or so. The attendant validated my ticket quickly, so no extra charge.
