Car Park 2 Problem with web booking and was billed twice. Parking is still expensive despite rebooking discount. Five days in car park cost as much as my outbound flight and double the cost of the inbound flight. From flight landing to arrival home in Parkstone took as long as flight from Switzerland due to road works on road to Bournemouth

Car Park 2 Couldn't get in on arrival. Had to push help button which wasn't answered that quickly. When it was answered the lady said our car registration number had not been provided which was interesting because I had to put it in when buying the car park space and it was on the confirmation email that I had taken with me. The lady did let us through and gave us a token to use on return. There weren't many car spaces available. Return journey was OK.

Car Park 2 Although we booked in advance,the ANPR at the barrier didn't recognise our number plate, we had to use the button to speak to an operator & get a token to exit when we returned, bit of a pain when cars are queued behind you.
