Hi,
Maybe a sign beside the parked bus that isn’t being used, explaining that it’s out of service and that another bus will be here presently (Or wording that you find appropriate). Also, signage within the hotel, or protocol that reception staff (who were very personable and professional) tell the client where the carpark lift is. Other than that, a first class service, that I will recommend to others.

When we arrived at the Clayton gates the camera didn't recognize our no.plate so we took a ticket. When we got through a guy was standing and said we shouldn't have taken a ticket. He said I'd need to go in to the hotel to have the card valadateted which I did (15mins of unnecessary hassle)The bus driver on return wouldn't let any standing so we had to wait 25min for the next bus to which that driver allowed as many as possible to squeeze on.

When we returned to the carpark the barrier didn’t rise and asked me to pay €90 but member of staff in carpark kindly arranged to allow us to exit without proof of purchase.

It would be helpful if better instructions were given re validating parking ticket at hotel when returning. I found that hotel did not necessarily recognise booking site from the ticket.
Also, please work hard with directions to hotel. We found it difficult to follow coming from north.

I was totally disgusted with the parking facility, my wife and sixteen year old both thought I had entered the hotel as a joke and asked were the real car park was. It was a free for all, no structure, guidance, or help from any of the staff on site. A fee of £115.00 is extortionate for such unprofessional and chaotic conditions. I would love to see this published on your web site, but I fear that will not happen. If you wish to discuss this further, please send me a mail or contact number and I will gladly reply.

The car park directions in the confirmatory email were wrong. The motor way exit mentioned did not lead to the correct access road. I could not get to the Clayton Hotel car park. After two attempts, I parked in a Dublin Airport car park and had to pay for it separately.

clayton hotel in dublin is always good. lack of luggage trolleys in the basement carpark was annoying. also on arricval back from holiday the main hotel doors were broken and we couldn't get the luggage trolleys through the side door. it was an effort for the staff to manually open the main doors for us
