Metro Hotel The hotel where we parked had a fire so we tried to contact BCP to see if if they cold help us find out if our car was ok,Carol who tried to help was very understanding but through no fault of her own couldn't get much help for us

Metro Hotel No the return was a disaster as the hotel couldnt provide a shuttle bus pick up for over an hour. We ended up in a taxi which cost 15 euro thus removing any saving made bg bookibg with you

Metro Hotel Had to wait mins for shuttle bus going out and same again on return. Very poor will not use metro again but would consider BCP if a better alternative is available.
