• Low Cost When making the booking customers are asked to provide flight numbers and I assumed the information would be used to provide the appropriate level of staff / courtesy buses ready. This didn't seem to be the case as we had to wait in excess of 30 minutes and only just got on the 3 bus to leave for the airport after we arrived. It wasn't much better coming back either - not what you need when you're tired from travelling.

• Low Cost All went well, got picked up on time without any problems and car was waiting for us when we got back. Only comment is that I still have no idea where the courtesy phone is located the Terminal to phone for bus back to car park. Even ground staff had no idea. Other than that, I have no ncompliant and the service was good.
