  • Long Stay Yes - everything ran smoothly and no damage to car so secure and safe parking. The only comment is the price which was expensive, and would have been cheaper to use a taxi. A trade off with the convenience of having own car and the price compared to other services/facilities which are serious options.

  • Long Stay Despite pre-booking there was no record of our car when we arrived at the car park. On exit we were about to be charged for a second time. The operator could not find our booking so wasn't going to let us thru, they only did so when we explained that we had a print- out with the reference. Did not appreciate the hassle of trying to negotiating our exit.

  • Long Stay Everything went great as describe on your website.
    Only thing is direction to car park at times was not too clear, considering the first long stay car park was not the one we were looking for. Perhaps that could be improved.
    Otherwise, everything is perfect and we will definitely use BCP again. :)

  • Long Stay I felt as if I had to wait quite a long time for a bus to pick me up from the car park. The spaces are also very narrow and with a large 4 wheel drive there wasn't a lot of space to open my door.

  • Long Stay Only the bus drivers aren't automated at Edinburgh long stay. Drive in, collect ticket, park holiday, return, drive out, present ticket, go home. No need to go to boothe any more, quick and efficient system.
