• Park and Fly Meet and Greet Very happy with the service. Driver was waiting to take the car when we arrived and after a phone call at baggage reclaim, the car was waiting for us when we got back. All went well. I had been concerned that opting for a pick up service would be less flexible than dropping the car off at a car park myself, but the service was very flexible and being late or early was no problem as long as you call to let them know.

• Park and Fly Meet and Greet We paid for a valet parking service and there was no-one there. I phoned the day before to confirm a time of 0600. ON arrival, we had to phone twice; team said we were scheduled for 0530, then they said we were not on the list. We ended up waiting 17 mins, thereby missing a planned breakfast stop in Edinburgh airport. I suggested they might wish to valet our car while we were away as a gesture of good will - that did not materialise. We would have been better using the airport Long stay park and driving ourselves
