• Park and Fly parking research, booking and travel all straightforward. Choosen parking - long stay at Edinburgh directions were not as clear as would have liked because only published from one direction and our trip/ parking arrangements were quite urgent and this became stressful. However, we were able to finally locate destination and everything from there was very easy.

Only issue was I asked the girl on reception about the valeting and she could not tell me what the differences were between each of them eg a standard or a mini standard. If a product is for sale at least they should be aware or have a brochure telling the customer what it is they receive.

And when returning had to wait only five minutes for the pick up . My car was park next to the office ready and waiting to drive home . Great service and will be booking them from now on .... • Park and Fly Yes facilities were absolutely spot on - staff friendly both journeys and more than helpful - only downfall was were the parking was in relation to the airport (we were collected on our return at the airport just after 5pm and hit a lot of traffic and congestion getting back to the parking.
