Question: Do customers keep their car keys once they’ve parked?

Answer: You should keep your car keys at Exeter Airport unless you’ve booked the following service:

• Exeter Airport Fly Parks

This is a Meet and Greet service, so our drivers need to take your keys so that they can park your car for you.

Question: What about transfers to the airport terminal? Are they included?

Answer: Transfers are included in the price, with the exception of the following services, which are within walking distance of the terminal:

• Exeter Airport Long Stay Car Park 2
• Exeter Airport Fly Parks (Meet and Greet service)

Question: Can I be sure that my car is in safe hands while I’m away
