• Help Me Park Delay in collecting the car in spite of plenty of warning ( minutes) and again delay ( over minutes ) waiting for car to be returned to arrivals drop off area. I telephoned from baggage hall as requested and 5 minutes later was telephoned and asked what terminal we were at !!!

• Help Me Park The meet and greet service was excellent both on departure and arrival. We had to wait no longer than 2 minutes for our car to be delivered back to us and we were on our way home straight away. The car was in exactly the same condition as we left it. This is definitely a service I would use again and I would recommend this service without hesitation.

The text message before giving directions to our drop off point was brilliant and the staff member made us feel very comfortable and confident leaving the car . On our arrival back the text received when we landed giving us instructions was brilliant and the car was ready when we arrived at our collection point. Brilliant service will definitely use again.

• Help Me Park Very professional service both dropping off and collecting AND, I left my wallet in my car after I had checked in and gone through security. EasyJet conducted me back through security and Help Me Park Meet and Greet met me outside having retrieved my wallet from my car (which they had already moved to the car park) despite being very busy. Outstanding service from both EasyJet and Help Me Park Meet and Greet
