  • Just Valet Brilliant! Meet and greet. Wouldn’t have it any other way. Like the fact I can hand over my keys and my car will be looked after; and I can get on with my holiday!

  • Just Valet Excellent and efficient at both departure and arrival. Only one thing which is missing. There was no formal inspection of the vehicle other than checking the tyres. I assume that that would mean in the case of damage you would be liable as nothing was agreed as existing damage when you collected the car. I'm sure all this is somewhere on the booking info but it would be better if it was discussed and dealt with on collection. A quick once over and a signature to agree condition of vehicle. I'm sensitive to this as last month my brother had a problem with another company.

  • Just Valet The Meet and Greet service was very good, both by telephone and in person. They arrived within 10 minutes of us calling to collect the car and the same on the return journey. The car was checked over and milage taken. A great way to start the holiday!

  • Just Valet The communication the handover and the collection went really well so I'm pleased with that, unfortunately when we collected the car at 1am ish and although i looked for damage which there wasn't thankfully but the car seemed much dirtier than when we left it with you. ( it was dirty I admit but not that much I assure you ) I didn't take much notice until the morning as the lighting didn't show too much, I decided to wash the car in the morning as I couldn't sleep but I noticed it had small brownish stains all over the car boot, bonnet, roof and even some of the side panels had this on, also the washer light was on the car when I collected it and had noted to myself that the front and rear screens had been washed with the washers I knew it could have been low of screen wash anyway which wasn't an issue, when I washed the car these brownish marks wouldn't come off easily and there were lumps of what was tree sap all over the car !! obviously the car had been parked under a pine tree as i noticed some pine needles when i topped up the washer bottle under the bonnet ! these were in the tray area at the bottom of the windscreen also there was one under the N/S wiper blade which the driver didn't remove for some reason ? it's feasible that this could have damaged the wiper blade rubber ?? I worked in the motor trade for forty four years and the only fluid that would remove this tree sap without damaging the paintwork would have been white spirits and hot soapy water which I used to do this, it took me two hours to clean these marks off the paintwork which has possibly lost its LIfeshine protection now which was only added back in May this year ! , I had the car professionally valeted with a Lifeshine pack added to the exterior and the interior by the supplier Southampton Audi so this will now have to be reapplied I feel, so to answer your question I feel it would take a lot of persuasion for me to use you again and give you top marks here, you can publish this but I know you won't Peter Smith

  • Just Valet A slight delay at drop off, would be good ( if possible) to have a member of staff there to receive car even if not driven off straight away. On return all went perfectly. Staff were good guys. Nice that they are also slightly older.

  • Just Valet My mercedes was absolutely covered in solid hard Bird droppings when it was returned to me. This demonstrated that it had been left on my paint work for a few days. Not happy and concerned about my paintwork. Had to go to a professional valet the next day. The dropping it off apologised and said if he had seen it, he would have cleaned it up!? You couldn't not see it.

  • Just Valet Valet parking only works if you can be met on time at departure. When attempting to call 20 mins out the phone just rang and rang. 20 mins later it was answered and we were told," sorry we are very busy, we will get to you as soon as we can. Resulting in us sitting in the car waiting for 20 mins. It's the worst meet and greet service I've ever used and only added to the stress I was paying to avoid. I booked it as BCP but it' is subcontracted out to a local operator which clearly has issues. It's strange that you would allow your brand to be devalued in this way.
