  • Long Stay The ticket machine on entry was broken. There were no spaces left, so after doing a loop of the car park 3 times I had to leave the car at the end of a row in an unmarked space. I did get a ticket from the help desk and although helpful the staff member was not surprised the car park was full or that I had parked in an unmarked space. No explanation or apology given. I do not expect to pay £30 to abandon my car, and have the added stress pre-flight of finding somewhere to do this safely. I will not be using the service again unless the service and facilities are improved.

  • Long Stay - sold far more places than actually available - no spaces left, cars crammed in anywhere, several cars circling.
    - phoned airport info desk who gave directions to overflow - but this should be spelt out in the directions, saving a layer of stress when you have a plane to catch.
    - long way from terminal if you have luggage, small children, or if you had a health problem.
    - expensive for what it was, and no choice (it might be argued that there are many choices of provider, but all just equally-priced fronts for the same thing - even the websites are all on the same template).

  • Long Stay Found a parking space at the front with ease. Crossed over to the lounge safely. Had my ticket verified quickly on my return. Perfect!

  • Long Stay It was chaos at the car park. The long stay car park was full and no directions to an overflow car park. Had to phone your company for help which made little difference as I was told to go to the overflow car park. Travelling alone so couldn't leave car anywhere to go in and check at the Information Desk at the Airport. You can imagine how I felt being a stranger to the area. Thankfully another lady in the same situation contacted her booking company who directed us to a short term parking area. On returning from holiday I couldn't find my car. There is no signage at all to indicate the sections within the car park. I ended up in the staff car park where a member of staff helped me find my car. I suggest that you send a member of BCP to visit this car park and see at first hand the problems that your clients face.

  • Long Stay The car park was easy to find and enter. We did have some difficulty finding a parking spot and it was only as we left we realised there was an overflow car park at entrance. We pre paid and it was very easy and quick to get ticket validated and exit.

  • Long Stay Drove up to long stay only to find it full. Returned to the overflow car park and parked there. This is actually closer to the terminal why on earth cant I park there to start with?
    Your charges are far to high for the (lack) of service provided.
    Why would I want to walk from the long stay in the rain or wind?
    Unforunately there is no alternative so will probably have to use you again.
    Please reduce your prices to a more user friendly level urgently.

  • Long Stay Yes, everything went fine for us. The thing I noticed and found disturbing was the amount of cars not in allocated spaces, we were lucky to find a space but judging by all the abandoned cars I guess we were just lucky.

  • Long Stay There were no spaces in first car park and very few left in overflow car park. It's quite a long walk from the first car park to the airport when pulling luggage and when the weather is bad. Not the best longstay facility I've ever used.

  • Long Stay The long stay car park at Inverness airport can't cope with the volume of cars, especially at busy times. Fortunately the staff car park had been temporarily requisitioned for the use of pre-paid customers over the Easter period, though even this was full on my return.

  • Long Stay Being a Handicapped person I found the walk from Long stay to Terminal was very difficult. Only later I fond the solution but there was nothing on the site when I was booking

  • Long Stay Service very good regarding booking and when I lost my ticket, very polite and helpful staff. BUT the Long Stay was rammed and I ended up in short stay, very lucky to have found a spot. This is likely Inverness airport's problem as their car park isn't big enough, but perhaps BCP could 'warn' people .

  • Long Stay It was fine, just personally being a single mum, if I was to go away for longer than a weekend it would be quite pricey. Otherwise it was handy to just drive home. Maybe a little golf cart option to give you a lift to the car park would be good? Our flight was late and being so dark, - member of staff on duty would make you feel more at ease. Thank you!
