  • Long Stay The tariff information for the long stay car park could be clearer, ie that a whole day costs the same as part of a day. This would stop passengers being mislead into buying delayed flight/parking overrun insurance, which is not necessary if they can buy a 24 hour ticket from the same cost as part of a day.

  • Long Stay Booking was easy, short walk to airport - I required a disabled space & there were plenty. Parking ticket validated on return & left for home shortly afterwards.

  • Long Stay There was nobody to stamp my car parking ticket I had to get a member of the airport staff to get a another ticket to get out.

  • Long Stay Overall everything went smoothly, but on arrival at the Long Stay Car Park there was a FULL sign displayed. I just used the intercom to speak with the local staff and was advised there should be a couple of spaces, but if not to park in the Short Stay Car Park. We were able to park OK in the Long Stay Car Park, but there were about 10 free spaces I could see. This isn't a complaint, but maybe the car park needs monitored better to confirm the total free spaces.

  • Long Stay It did not go smoothly. Explained my booking at the airport and was given a card. Then on my way back I put the card in and it asked me to pay £60. Spoke to girl at the desk who implied it was my fault. Thankfully she let me out after having the last word.

  • Long Stay The ticket machine on entry was broken. There were no spaces left, so after doing a loop of the car park 3 times I had to leave the car at the end of a row in an unmarked space. I did get a ticket from the help desk and although helpful the staff member was not surprised the car park was full or that I had parked in an unmarked space. No explanation or apology given. I do not expect to pay £30 to abandon my car, and have the added stress pre-flight of finding somewhere to do this safely. I will not be using the service again unless the service and facilities are improved.

  • Long Stay - sold far more places than actually available - no spaces left, cars crammed in anywhere, several cars circling.
    - phoned airport info desk who gave directions to overflow - but this should be spelt out in the directions, saving a layer of stress when you have a plane to catch.
    - long way from terminal if you have luggage, small children, or if you had a health problem.
    - expensive for what it was, and no choice (it might be argued that there are many choices of provider, but all just equally-priced fronts for the same thing - even the websites are all on the same template).

  • Long Stay Found a parking space at the front with ease. Crossed over to the lounge safely. Had my ticket verified quickly on my return. Perfect!
