• Meet and Greet No one to meet us on arrival at meet and greet although we telephoned 15 minutes away. We had to phone twice more on arrival. On return we waited 20 minutes and again had to telephone twice. Extremely poor service.

• Meet and Greet Great service. 7:15am flight with my 9 year old daughter so it was important for me that this worked well. I was met in the exact point that i was told and on the return the man that met us was very friendly and gave me the £2 that we needed to get out of the car park.
  Excellent service and I have already recommended to a friend who is booking for her trip to Rome next week!
