Very fast and efficient service, the driver was there as soon as we arrived at the airport to take our car. On our return he arrived to deliver our car within minutes of calling BCP. Would definitely use them every time, excellent

No issues with the staff, very friendly. Had to wait too long for the car to be brought back to the airport on our return. This was due, according to the car park company, busy period and waiting for drivers. Other than that no problem.

My 4x4 caught on the entrance gate despite the car park staff assuring me it was ok to drive through
After writing to the company they denied their staff were involved but they were the chaps that were there to meet me and had my details.
I complained to BCP but they have yet to send me a complaints form.

Called as we were instructed, only to hear a recorded message & diverted call rang continually without answer. Tried again, with same result. Once outside airport tried to call several more times, phone engaged, which gave me some small hope of getting home that night. My wife suggested going into parking area to try & find a representative from your company. Stood,bedraggled in the rain was a young man (your representative)beside my car. On the positive side,that was the only good point I can mention of this experience. Your man was quick, efficient & cautious. When one takes into account the cost of your service, I feel wholeheartedly robbed & was left (like many before me,perhaps) far from pleased with your service. A whole/partial refund would be my response, although I won't be holding my breath. L&B airport is generally a huge joke, on the unsuspecting, fee paying public. To which, I will never use again.

Everything went extremely smoothly with the Meet and Great and your staff were excellent: efficient and courteous.
Howver I was very annoyed and frustrated that you made me pay again despite the fact I had a confirmed booking and had paid in full for the parking...this has left a very bitter taste and the member of staff who told me over the phone that the only way I would be able to park would be to pay again showed no compassion or concern. I am a pensioner and paying almost £100 to park for one week - is not the way you will earn friends and a good reputation.Mr Brown - 5 out of 5
