  • Long Stay Had problems getting through barrier but thats my old reg plate. Difficult for your scanner to read. Then assistant couldnt find my prebooking reference so issued ticket. I was told to call into parking office on my return to airport to claim car. I did and it was sorted there.

  • Long Stay Excellent throughout! we will definitely use you again as we have used you previously. The one thing I would say is after changing the original 2 cars booked originally details to new ones, it would be nice to receive an email with the correct details on them to save having to check they have been changed over, using live chat, which was confirmed as changed over.

  • Long Stay Dear Sirs,
    I rang yourselves yesterday after returning from Marbella on Sunday 22nd April. On arrival at Liverpool Airport, we could not get through the barrier, only to be told, when pressing for help, that our ticket was for Friday 13th to Friday 20th April?? We tried to explain to the gentleman, that we have never had this booked, and had given flight details etc, to show when we were actually flying?
    The gentleman would not open the barrier until we paid the extra monies of £30.00?? we had already paid £55.99 for the original booking. The booking ref from Liverpool Airport is Ticket Number. Your reference is 07GLX.
    On arriving home we checked via your website, roughly the same time scale, we booked ie 9 daas, and the price was as we paid, and only for the week was £50.99? I then rang your office on Monday 23rd April, and spoke to Louis., who then told me to write to yourselves, customer service.
    When booking the original booking, on the 11th April, the confirmation did not come through, however the payment had been taken, ie £55.99, so I rang your office and spoke to a lady called Stephanie, who was helpful, and completed the booking on our behalf, for us to received the confirmation.
    We have booked with yourselves on several occasions as we have a villa in Marbella, and know each journey what we roughly pay for our 9/10 days break, therefore when the price was £55.99 this was what we have paid before and continued to book.
    If you look at our previous booking we never go away for one week, always 9/10 days.. We do not understand this confusion, and very disappointed and upset that the parking has now cost us £85.99 for the short parking period. Louis has suggested that Customer Service may be able to help our situation, and hope you understand?
    I did have a text message this morning to ask what I rate Holidays Extras, and I rated 1, due to this disappointing confusion, and they asked for me to explain what had happened. I hope you can look into this occasion, and help with the extortionate monies we have had to pay.
