Butterfly Meet and Greet Everything went smoothly at drop off and pick up even though we were slightly late at each end ourselves ( having phoned ahead to advise as such )

Official On-Site Barrier issues at entry and exit had to contact site staff - had queuing traffic behind us! did get sorted with 5 mins.

Butterfly Meet and Greet I was very impressed with the outward journey with Butterfly Meet and Greet Parking and all went very smoothly. I received a text checking on our estimated arrival time at London City Airport and the driver was there waiting. The return was not as good. I replied to a text early in the day requesting the time of arrival and flight number. On landing, I phoned when through passport control but the phone went to answerphone so I had to leave a message. As I received no acknowledgement I phoned again about minutes later. I was told that the driver was delayed in traffic because of an accident but was only a few minutes away. shortly afterwards I had a phone call that the driver had reported a puncture which he was trying to fix. I asked them to tell him not to do anything as the car has run flat tyres. The car arrived about an hour after the flight landed and the driver's explanation for his late arrival was not at all clear. There was no record of any tyre problems on the car's system, which would have been the case if there had really been a puncture. The car was returned an hour after we had landed and I am left wondering what actually happened. I would use BCP again but probably not this particular group.

Official On-Site Very smooth operation. So close to terminal, was concerned that the barrier wouldn't open on exiting, which it did! Only comment, very expensive

Butterfly Meet and Greet As usual BCP did a fantastic job. Due to a long hold up on the Motorway I could of missed my plane but BCP were there on time ready t take care of my vehicle leaving me free to run for check in. Their staff are courteous and professional and I highly recommend their service.

Butterfly Meet and Greet Excellent service that ran smoothly. Met by a very pleasant gentleman and he was there as soon as we left the airport on return journey. Will definitely use again. Did state I would need to pay Â£7.50 to exit the car park but as the service was so efficient it only cost Â£2.50. Well done butterfly meet and greet.
