Butterfly Meet and Greet I hesitates on booking this due to the negative comments, but in the end, the price was still almost 50% less than the daylight robbery of LCY parking (Â£75 for 36 hours!? i don't think so!) - however it seems that "you get what you pay for" was true in this instance. We arrived and there was no identifiable BCP agent. Eventually i found someone with a clipboard who looked at his notes, had no record of the booking and asked "why didn't you call?".. i didn't call becase we were DEPARTING customers using the business service! - all the details were re-recorder and off we went. On arrival at LCY the next day, i called, even though i shouldn't have to as my flight number was logged! - operator asked for ALL my details again, spelling out my car name and reg, then told me 15 mins wait for car to arrive. It duly arrived and had been cleaned as part of the business service which was good, but overall it was too slow, and not managed properly. No one seemed to know what they were doing. If BCP read these, please sort this out. We have to fill out everything but our shoe size on the booking form.. please USE the information and not ask for it all again repeatedly

Our flight was an hour and a half late, but the car was delivered to the short term carpark within 5 minutes of ourselves. recommend/will use again
