  • Terminal parking not smooth. I had to go to reception as I didn't get the ticket that enabled exit. when I got back the receptionist knew nothing of my booking.
Online was a bit of a mess, it didn't print out all the details of the booking.

  • Terminal parking The only very minor issue was that the gate did not recognise my vehicle registration plate, so I had to phone to get my ticket - but the call was answered at once and the person who answered was very friendly and knew immediately what to do, so that was fine.

  • Terminal parking Stop the requirement to queue at the information desk to get the ticket to leave the car park

  • Terminal parking At London City you might want to think about a different system to exit the cat park . Queuing at the information desk to get a release ticket can take a while now the airport is much busier.
