  • Long Stay welcome at barrier was good.signs to available spaces very poor. pick up bus stop a long way from where we parked, lugging suit cases not a pleasant experience.

  • Long Stay The approach road to the Long Term Car Park is in a shockingly bad state especially when considering the level of charges for the service. My car was left with a puncture following a visit. Dreadful. The remaining facilities are well orchestrated and of a good standard which makes the quality of the approach road a stand-out failure.

  • Long Stay Hi have always used BCP never had a problem before we waited 37 minutes for a bus on our return you only had one driver we could not get on the first bus it was rammed then the same driver returned later to pick us up very disappointed after a long flight not sure I will use the service again

  • Long Stay Car park was fine the transfer bus to the departure Hall was however very disappointing we had to wait with many others for nearly an hour some buses were going past with no one on-board and would not stop as it was for "arrivals" would it not be better just to have buses that pick up and drop off? We ended up rushing for a 6am flight and we were on the car park at 3 45am so not good regard Martin Chalk

  • Long Stay On entry the ticket had the incorrect registration number for my vehicle and on exit, when inserting the ticket, I was asked to pay £467 for the parking. This necessitated a communication with your staff. Once I stated my booking reference the problem was resolved. Apart from this, the parking experience was perfectly adequate.

  • Long Stay More lighting in car park at night, as arriving back late in the dark and rain, it's very hard to see the signs. Also the driver needs to call out the bus stop numbers as again very hard to see them in dark and rain, bus window were all steemed up!!

  • Long Stay ANPR at entry gate didn't read the car reg correctly. This meant on exit a week later that we couldn't get out easily and the system wanted payment of £231. After pressing the assistance button and giving our booking reference we were able to exit the car park

  • Long Stay UNFORTUNATELY HAVING A PRIVATE NUMBER PLATE THE AUTOMATIC RECOGNITION SYSTEM DOES NOT APPEAR 100%. HAD PROBLEMS GETTING OUT OF THE CAR PARK YET AGAIN. STAFF VERY HELPFUL. BUT THIS WAS THE ONLY SLIGHT FAULT
