• Long Stay We travelled at 4.30 am on a Saturday morning and it was very busy.Bus stop 6 couldn't get on. On the way back at 4pm ish on a Tuesday the bus had several staff from M & S plus others and was again too busy for some to be seated. It also deterred though a car park to let them off.They should have used their own transport to free up space for genuine paying passengers

• Long Stay When we put our car park ticket in the machine it said we owed £211. Which obviously we didn't, but the guy at the end of the intercom buzzed us through the barrier, thank goodness!

• Long Stay Parking was fine but the bus back from the airport was too infrequent and as a result very overcrowded. it was difficult to get off at our stop with so many people stood in the aisles and in front of the luggage racks

• Long Stay Unfortunately with the work going on the post code wouldn't let us turn where the sat navy took us but we found it shortly afterwards. All good parking, bus Etc and pick up were great however, on putting our ticket in the barrier to leave there was a very large charge of £188 outstanding which didn't owe as we had pre paid, all sorted though with a push of the help button.
