• Mid Stay Mid term used at Luton which was as described with good pick up and drop off, on time. Only slight hiccup was on return journey we queued for the bus but all had to change boarding bus stop due to a problem. Driver apologised which was good to hear.

• Mid Stay Good. The car park i was staying was the luton airport mid-term one. It is also in walking distance to the airport terminal for like no more than 10 minutes. if you find too many people waiting for the transfer bus you can walk.

• Mid Stay Unfortunately I mistakenly parked in the wrong car park at Luton (short stay, but should have been mid stay). However, when I realised my mistake (after return from break) the BCP staff were very helpful and wrote off any additional charges. Very good response to a genuine mistake.

• Mid Stay Booked online. Easy access at the barrier. I booked extra time plus took additional insurance in case of delay at a small cost.
  The location of the car park was as described. My only complaint is that the bus was over full which made transfer uncomfortable however in good weather it is a walk of less than 10 minutes.

  As it was nearly 2am in the morning and it was hard to see the bus stop it would have been nice for the driver to shout the bus stops out to us.

• Mid Stay The exit machine requested I pay £30 but I had prepaid in advance. The assistant had to raise the barrier to let me escape. Otherwise it was fine. Slight delay so nothing major.

• Mid Stay we parked at their mid-term car park during our holiday. the best thing about this one is that it is only 10 minutes walk to the terminal if you fancy a walk or just miss a transfer bus.

• Mid Stay Luton Airport mid term car park. It's just gravel, not tarmaced. It's awful to walk on and near impossible to pull cases. Ours fell over on the stones and got filthy. Actual position is great. Bus service is regular. Didn't have any interaction with car park staff.
