  • Mid Stay The directions to the car park were inaccurate and incomplete.. should be third exit off airport roundabout not second and turn right at lights where sign says “ mid stay†.

  • Mid Stay There were not enough exit signs. You had to almost get to the exit (I knew where this was as I have used mid term parking previously) before an exit sign is obvious. The lanes are close together - not much room to manoveure.

  • Mid Stay Luton mid stay was poorly signed within. Road access was terrible.with long queue to reach car park.A new access off the roundabout is needed The courtesy bus can only use one shared barrier exit from the Airport we waited 10 minutes for a car driver who couldn't operate it.

  • Mid Stay Our plane was due to land in Luton Airport but was diverted to Manchester Airport due to snow closing Luton Airport. Due to the weather and the fact that a number of flights were also diverted to Manchester Airport, it took us just under 24 hours to get back to Luton Airport from Manchester Airport to collect our car and we were then charged £30.00 for the over stay due to the weather!   • Mid Stay no problems with spaces, only issue on arriving back put parking ticket in machine and it advised we owed £297.00! pressed the help key lady advised on telling her the car registration that it was a computer error and promptly opened the barrier, apart from that no problmes at all
